FIRE HEATED YOGA
Soul Fire Yoga is one of the ONLY studios in South Bend that uses Infrared Heaters for classes. Infrared heated yoga is simply a yoga session heated with an infrared radiant heating system reaching temperatures between 95- 105 degrees. Anyone who has been outside on a sunny day has experienced the warmth of the sun directly on their skin because it is infrared radiant heat. While indoor infrared heaters DO NOT emit UV rays like the sun, they do provide the same sun-like warmth.

Find Your Flow: Non-Heated Movement Classes Explore a variety of yoga styles - Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Power - in our comfortable, non-heated classes. All levels and abilities welcome! Find your perfect practice, whether you crave deep stretches, flowing movements, strength building, or blissful relaxation. Classes are held at room temperature.

AGES 5-8 YRS
Being playful and silly is a great gateway to introducing yoga to kids. Not only will kids have space for self-expression in this class, they will also strengthen their bodies, as well as their connection to mindfulness and breathing techniques. Having fun, connecting to each other, and doing simple breathing exercises are all part of this class. At this age, when children are sponges, we teach them simple and fun yoga poses (think barking like a St. Bernard in downward dog and meowing in cat pose)Through yoga poses, art, music and more, kids release energy and learn how to relax.
