Join Karli and Bekah for an empowering 108 Sun Salutations practice, a transformative, meditative experience designed to honor the change of seasons. Cultivating mindfulness and inner strength, together, we will flow through 108 rounds at a steady pace, taking time to pause when needed and connect with the breath. To support your journey, we will provide a worksheet to keep count of the salutes, writing utensils, and a mala bracelet. You may want to bring your own yoga mat, water, as well as an open mind and heart.
The session will conclude with a serene japa meditation, using the mala to deepen your focus, bringing a sense of peace and inner clarity. This special event is a beautiful opportunity to experience how mindful movements align the body, mind, and spirit for meditation in a welcoming community. All levels are welcome.
