Have you been timid to go to a studio? Or maybe taking classes and would like to know the correct, safe mechanics and alignment of the poses you are executing?

Join Susan O'Malley for this 4-week series every Sunday in February from 1:30 PM- 3:00 PM.

She will be teaching the foundational poses of yoga (asanas) as well as breathwork (pranayama) and balance techniques.

Yoga is for everyBODY..every AGE, every SHAPE, and SIZE. If you're interested in coming to a yoga class and maybe are intimidated by jumping into a class, this workshop is for you!
