Join us for a group strength training workout and ice baths to help you relax, rejuvenate, and boost your immune system.
This event is perfect for anyone looking to:

The event will be led by Alyssa Rios RYT 200 & Lindsey Paholski, Owner of Dayology, WIM Hof certified breath & cold immersion coach in addition to career & mindset coach
Cost:
The cost of the event is $45 per person. This includes a 1 hour fun but challenging group strength class starting at 11 AM, followed by an ICE bath between 12-1 PM
Class will consist of different variations of High intensity interval training, weight training, core, and body weight exercises. Modifications will be provided as well as a variation of equipment options to suit all levels.
