The practice of MFR is conducive to svahayaya/self study as it’s all about listening to the body and yourself.
In this special pop-up class we will practice a slow flow while using tennis balls and foam rollers to enhance our experience of the pose. You may start to notice that you will be able to access certain poses a little better since MFR has acute effects on range of motion. This class is perfect for the new student who has been hesitant to try a class because they aren’t “flexible”, any student who wants to enhance their practice, anyone looking for a recovery method after exercise, athletes, or any mover of their body (everyone!).
🗯️ MFR is a gentle manipulation of the tissues that creates hydration, mobility, pain relief, recovery from exercise, possible improvement of arterial function, and can leave you feeling grounded and relaxed.
