Celebrate friendship, connection, and a little heat with a Fire Flow at Soul Fire Yoga. This 60-minute accessible vinyasa class takes place in our heated fire room and is designed for all levels of yogis, whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned mover.

We’ll flow together to build warmth, strength, and confidence, then slow it down to ground and reset. Expect supportive movement, feel-good vibes, and plenty of space to move in a way that feels right for your body.
