  • Booking Classes & Managing Reservations
    Ready to roll out your yoga mat? Here's how to book your spot: Book online: Head over to our classes page to browse our schedule and book your spot. For the smoothest experience: Download the MindBody App! It lets you book classes, manage your reservations, and stay on top of your yoga practice – all on the go. Please note: All Membership & Class Pack purchases are final. We are unable to offer refunds or extend dates.
  • Late Cancel & No Show Policy
    We appreciate you giving us advanced notice! To ensure fairness for everyone, we have a 6 hour cancellation policy: Cancellations within 6 hours of class will result in a $15 late cancellation fee. This fee is automatically charged to your MindBody account and helps support our Scholarship Fund. A No-Show will result in a $15 fee for members, or your Drop-in pass Heads Up About Account Balances: To keep your membership active, please maintain a positive account balance. Accounts with outstanding balances of $30 or more will be deactivated, and No Refunds will be issued for memberships or class packs. Stay Informed with Notifications: To avoid any unexpected fees and keep track of your bookings, enable text or email notifications on MindBody. This way, you'll receive reminders and updates about your yoga practice.
  • How to Join the Waitlist and Class Cancellation
    Joining the Waitlist: To snag a spot in a full class, you can join the waitlist!** An active membership or a drop-in purchase is required to join. Heads up! The waitlist closes 2 hours before class time. Waitlist Movement and Notifications: If a spot opens up, we'll automatically move you from the waitlist to the class roster!** Be sure to enable text or email notifications so you're alerted if you get in. Can't Make It? If your plans change and you can't make it to class, please kindly remove yourself from the waitlist. This frees up the spot for another yogi. Drop-In Information: If you don't get moved into the class, no worries! Your drop-in purchase will remain available in your account for you to use in a future class.
  • Locked Door Policy
    Ensuring a Smooth Yoga Experience for All!At Soul Fire Yoga, we strive to create a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone. To ensure a smooth start to your practice, here are a few friendly reminders: Doors Lock On Time: Out of courtesy to our classmates, the studio door is locked at the start of each class. Arrive Early & Relax: We recommend arriving approximately 10 minutes before class time. This allows you to settle in, grab any props you need, and unwind before your practice begins. Respectful Late Arrivals: If you run a bit late, please avoid knocking or banging on the door. We have a ring camera outside the studio. On-Time Classes: We appreciate your understanding that we value everyone's time. Instructors will do their best to start and end classes on schedule. By following these guidelines, we can all contribute to a positive and respectful yoga experience for the entire Soul Fire Yoga community!
  • Location
    We're conveniently located at 2314 E. Mishawaka Ave, South Bend, IN 46615. Look for us: Our building has blue siding. We're right across the street from Allie's Café (with the eye-catching red roof!). Can't miss those landmarks? No problem! Soul Fire Yoga is also just about 1 mile east of Adams High School and IUSB.
  • Parking
    We've got your parking covered! Here are your options: Street Parking: Convenient spots are available along Mishawaka Ave in front of the studio, there are no time limits for street parking Blue Barn Parking: Need more space? Head to the Blue Barn located directly across the street. Bonus Parking: After 3 pm and on Sundays and Mondays, feel free to park in Allie's Café's parking lot across the street – plenty of space to relax before your practice!
  • How does the Trial Membership work?
    Ignite Your Inner Fire with Our New Member Trial! New to Soul Fire Yoga? We're thrilled to welcome you! Our introductory trial membership is the perfect way to experience all that we offer. This includes all weekly scheduled heated (fire) & non-heated (movement) classes. Here's the deal: Yoga for 2 weeks: You get to choose one class per day and dive deep into your practice with access to all our yoga, movement and strength classes for just $39! Trial Starts on Day One: Your trial kicks off the moment you take your first class. Please Note: This trial membership is exclusive to new members. Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy: If you late cancel or do not show up for a class, a $15 fee will be applied as per our late cancellation/no-show policy. Membership Deactivation: If this happens twice during your trial period, your trial membership will be deactivated, and any future reservations will be cancelled. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for deactivated trials. Want to keep practicing after your trial? No problem! You can purchase a drop-in class or a regular membership to re-book and continue your yoga journey with us.
  • What do I bring?
    Here's a quick guide to what we provide and what to bring for your class: Movement Classes (Non-Heated): We've got you covered! We provide yoga mats, towels, blocks, bolsters, and blankets for your use in all our non-heated classes. Fire (Heated) Classes: Bring your own yoga mat for these sweatier sessions. We'll still provide blocks and hand towels to help you out. Mat Rentals Available for $5 Hydration and Comfort: No matter the class type, feel free to bring your own water bottle and towel for extra refreshment and comfort during your practice.
  • Do you have gift cards for specific amounts?
    You can purchase a gift card for any amount. To redeem, logon to mindbody through our website and apply at checkout.
  • Do you have locker rooms or showers?
    We do NOT offer locker rooms or showers.
  • What are your gift card options?
    We offer electronic gift cards that can be printed out or emailed directly to the recipient.
  • How can I purchase a gift card?
    There are two ways to purchase a gift card: Click on the link we provide below (if available). Purchase directly within the MindBody app.
  • Can I personalize the gift card?
    You can choose a custom card and message to be delivered with your giftcard
  • Can I return or exchange a gift card?
    All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. There is no expiration date on giftcards.
  • How long does it take to receive the gift card?
    If you purchase the gift card through the link, it will be delivered electronically and immediately available for printing or emailing. Gift cards purchased through the MindBody app should also be immediately available.
