Fire Glow is a high-vibe, immersive hot yoga experience where movement meets music, glow meets flow and sweat meets soul. Under black lights and neon glow, we’ll move through a 60-minute creative hot vinyasa set to pulsing EDM beats. Expect playful transitions, balance challenges, rhythmic flow and a few dance it out moments that invite you to move freely and unapologetically.

We’ll fill the space with glow sticks, blacklights, glow-in-the-dark tattoos and electric energy that makes the mat feel more like a dance floor than a studio.

After we sweat, move and shake loose what no longer serves you, we’ll settle into a 30-minute Fire Yoga Nidra, designed to deeply restore your nervous system while sealing in your intention for the year ahead. Bolsters and blocks will be…
