45 minutes of play, movement, mindfulness, and discovery! 🌈✨
This fun and interactive class introduces kids to yoga through creative movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and imaginative play designed to inspire confidence, creativity, and a sense of peace within.
This is an independent kids class, not a Mommy & Me class, giving little yogis their own special space to explore, connect, move, and simply be themselves!
