Crystal singing bowls will guide us into deep relaxation, where we will find comfort in winter's solitary serenity. We will journey through winter's elements and encounter the truth and treasure of who we are, embracing the serenity that lies deeply within.
*Reiki, (also known as Universal life-force energy) helps to alleviate pain and depression, boost mood and reduce anxiety. Promoting sleep and relaxation, emotional healing; as well as the removal of toxins boosting overall immunity.
*Sound baths are a beautiful meditative practice involving the use of resonant music, i.e. tones and freaquencies which vibrate similarly to that of both human and animal bodies. These tones have also been known to positively effect numerous species of plant life.
