Bring your light into the dark.
The days are getting shorter and the nights are getting darker but we’re not dimming our light just yet.
Join us under the blacklights as we bring the electric energy of summer straight into the heart of autumn. We’ll breathe, move, dance, sweat and release letting go of built up tension and giving the nervous system a chance to reset through movement, music and a little bit of magic.
Expect an energetic yoga flow, rave worthy beats, blacklights, glow sticks, trinkets, shots of LMNT and plenty of room to move however your body needs.
After we turn the energy all the way up we’ll bring it all the way back down. Our evening will close with a 30 minute Yoga Nidra allowing you to settle into stillness, integrate your practice and give your nervous system the deep rest it deserves.
