Join CJ Nyikos and Kristi Rohr for Reiki and Restorative Yoga with Sound Therapy!
Sunday July 20th at 6pm for this 2-hour event.
We will begin with essential oils, intentionally chosen to support each Chakra, and move into a restorative yoga practice. Crystal singing bowls played by CJ -Certified Sound Healer and Reiki Practitioner, will guide us into deep relaxation. As Reiki energy flows, Kristi- RYT 200 and Reiki Master, will guide gentle, supported asanas and an extended Savasana with Yoga Nidra bringing balance to the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.
*Reiki, (also known as Universal life-force energy) helps to alleviate pain and depression, boost mood and reduce anxiety. Promoting sleep and relaxation, emotional healing; as well as the removal of toxins boosting overall immunity.
