Rock N Release

Let your inner rockstar shine with this lively, musically themed class! You can flow along, sing or shout, and even let your “rebel yell” out if you need to! This all-levels yoga sequence is designed to help you release stress, tension, and anger that has become stored in the body. Musically, there will be something for everyone— rock and metal songs from the 70’s, 80’s, through present day! At the end of the class you’ll have the opportunity to participate in a releasing ritual to symbolically let go of what is no longer serving you.
