Through a combination of music, yoga postures, and burning $h!t, Rock-N-Release offers a cleansing practice to move stored emotions out of the physical and energetic bodies. At this “Emo Edition!!!” of Rock-N-Release, expect to hear pop-punk hits of the late 2000s and early 2010s including bands such as: Sum 41, Story of the Year, The All-American Rejects, A Day To Remember, Green Day, Jimmy Eat World, etc! You can flow along, scream, shout, and let it all out on the mat in this “all-levels” class. Just like at hardcore shows, leave your inhibitions at the door — screaming and singing along is perfectly acceptable and will be encouraged at times! If you’re in need of a healthy release, or just want to practice yoga along to “emo”/punk/rock music, sign up for this special event!
