Through a combination of rock music, yoga postures, and burning $h!t, Rock-N-Release offers a cleansing practice to move stored emotions out of the physical and energetic bodies. At Rock-N-Release: Metalcore the physical practice will be dynamic and flowing, perfect for releasing pent up anger and frustration. Featuring bands along the lines of Sleeptoken, Bring Me The Horizon, Knocked Loose, Wage War and Beartooth, there will be a good variety of heavy music with sprinkles of melodic elements. Just like at concerts, leave your inhibitions at the door — screaming and shouting is perfectly acceptable and will be encouraged at times!
