Service Description
Ashtanga yoga combines moving at a fast pace with the breath and 5-10 breath holds to build strength and power within the energetic and physical body. Many modifications, including binds, will be offered to find the right asana for your body. Asanas build upon one another and increase in difficulty. Ashtanga builds strength and increases flexibility using breath and movement to move energy, building your inner fire, and shining a light into the dark spaces of self, helping to release what no longer serves!

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Class Attendance Policies: 1. Booking Requirements •All classes must be booked in advance via the Soul Fire Yoga app or website. •A signed waiver is required before attending your first class. 2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy •Cancel at least 6 hours before class to avoid a $15 fee charged to your card on file •Failure to cancel a class and not show will result in a $15 fee or your drop-in •No refunds or credits for missed classes. 3. Check-In Policy •Students must check in at the front desk or with the instructor. 4. Arrival & Late Entry •Doors lock at the posted class time—no late entry. •Arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in. 5. Drop-In Usage •A drop-in is required if you don’t have an active plan or class pack. •No-shows forfeit drop-in fees. 6. Trial Membership Terms (if applicable) •Trial = $39 for 14 days (new clients only). •Limit 1 class/day. • 3 no-shows/late cancels end the trial immediately. 7. Studio Etiquette •Silence phones and devices before class, keep them outside of room •No shoes past lobby •Be respectful and quiet during class transitions.
