Cancellation Policy

Booking & Canceling a Class You may book classes through our website, however we encourage everyone to download the MindBody App for the easiest booking experience.You can easily manage your reservations from your online account. All Memberships, Drop-ins, & Class Pack Purchase Sales are FINAL, NO REFUNDS. A liability waiver MUST be signed prior to taking class. Checking IN for Class Please make sure you are checked in for your class. Failure to do so will result in a $15 penalty. Our system automatically charges you for "no showing" class. Drop-Ins Booking a class requires a drop-in purchase if you do not have a membership. If you join a waitlisted class, you will still be charged for the Drop-In even if you are not moved over into class. If you are not moved from the waitlist, you will have a drop-in stored on your mindbody account for future use. If you NO SHOW your booked class, you will forfeit your drop-in. Late Cancel & No Show Policy If you cancel and/or No Show less than 6 hours prior to class, you will incur a $15 penalty charged to your Mindbody account resulting in permission to charge your credit card on file. All penalties will be contributed to our Scholarship Fund. Any account outstanding account balances $30 or over will result in deactivation of your membership, NO REFUNDS.* Make sure to enable text/email notifications on Mindbody to keep track of your bookings. Waitlist If you join the waitlist for a class, you will automatically be pulled over 2 hours prior to class time. If you are moved over from the waitlist you will be notified via text or email depending on your settings for your mindbody account. You can respond Y (yes) or N (no) to confirm your spot. Please only add yourself to the waitlist if you can make the class. Locked Door Policy Out of respect for other members in class, the door is locked right at class time. Please be courteous and arrive approximately 10 minutes before the start of your class. If you arrive late, please don’t knock or bang on the glass. We have a ring camera outside for assistance. We respect your time and do our best to start and end classes right on time. How does the Trial Membership work? The trial membership is for NEW members. It’s $39 for unlimited yoga for 30 days. The trial starts at the day of your first class. If you LATE Cancel and/or NO SHOW 3 times on the trial membership, your membership will be deactivated (no refunds), and any future reservation will be cancelled. You m
