Yoga Nidra: Deep Rest & the Five Koshas Join Jessica for Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that invites deep relaxation by journeying through the five koshas—the layers of our being: physical (annamaya), energetic (pranamaya), mental (manomaya), wisdom (vijnanamaya), and bliss (anandamaya.) We’ll begin with 30 minutes of discussion and gentle movement to prepare for stillness, exploring how Yoga Nidra helps us access each kosha to cultivate balance and inner awareness. Then, settle in for a 45-minute guided Yoga Nidra practice, allowing your body and mind to fully unwind. Feel free to bring blankets and pillows for added comfort, though bolsters and blankets will be available at the studio. Your body cools during yoga nidra so wear warm, comfortable clothing and layers to fully relax into the experience. This practice is open to all levels—no prior yoga experience needed. Come reset, restore, and connect with your deepest self.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
