GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING

Join Alyssa (ACE Group Fitness Specialist), as she leads you through 45 minutes of group strength training. Classes will consist of different variations of High intensity interval training, weight training, core, and body weight exercises.

Modifications will be provided as well as a variation of equipment options to suit all levels.
The last 15 minutes of class will be a cool down stretch with foam rolling.

This class is 1 hour in total. Please bring CLEAN gym shoes to wear in the main yoga space and a water.
